This is more complaint, than question. I have purchased your 19# box 4x and the last 2 have been replaced by the merchant because of the amount of broken biscuits – at least 70% in each. In addition, the plastic bag they were sitting in inside the carton was opened, unlike the 1st two orders where the bag was tightly twist-tied closed leaving little room for the treats to move around. In fact, crumbled biscuits landed all around the table when my husband opened this last box, leading us to believe had the bag been sealed, at least this wouldn’t have occurred. I have read other reviews complaining of the same broken-biscuit issue. Will you adjust your box-filling procedures or QC methods to insure minimal breakage? I (the dogs) like the biscuits and we don’t really want to have to go elsewhere for another product.
