  2. Question

    Cindy

Your liver training treats were recommended to me. I ordered a three pack from Amazon and they arrived today. The package was very hot and when I opened one pick there was quite a bit of moisture in the bag. Are these still ok for my puppy to eat?

Hello! We recommend temperatures below 85°F and above 40°F.  It is best not to store in warm to hot conditions as this may alter the appearance, flavor, texture and increase chances of rancidity.  If the product doesn’t look and/or smell normal we recommend to throw the treats out and contact us directly so we can make things right for you.
