Question
Linda Hager –
I use the Dynamo Dog treats for my Lab, but she won’t just take them like a treat, I cut them up and add them to her food. My question is why is the consistency always different with each bag I order? Sometimes soft and easy to cut, other times hard, why is that?

Cloud Star –
The consistency should be similar from one bag to the next. Could you please reach out to us directly at mail@cloudstar.com with the Best By Date and lot number when you experience this issue so that we can investigate further?

Stacey –
I am ordering the Pumpkin and Ginger for my Eskimo who has a sensitive tummy. With the Ginger in it, would this also assist possibly with car sickness as well? Has anyone mentioned if this does help?

Cloud Star –
Thank you for reaching out to us! While Ginger has been known to help with car sickness, we have not done any studies or research using the Dynamo Dog Functional treats. However it is possible they could help. We would suggest speaking with your vet to be sure.

We recommend following the guidelines printed on the bag or on our website that are based on your dog’s weight. If you would like to give more than that, you would need to consult with your vet.

Sara Lee –
Can these be refrigerated? Would refrigeration extend their shelf life?

Cloud Star –
We recommend storing these in a cool, dry place but while it should not be harmful, refrigeration of the treats is not necessary. Once the bag is opened, we recommend using them within 1-2 months.

Hello, all of our treats are made in the USA. We source our ingredients globally but all ingredients are from pre-approved suppliers only. We source as many ingredients as we can from suppliers in the US unless they are not available or do not meet our standards for quality, such as some vitamins and minerals.

Hello, Global Pet Foods or Pet Valu stores would be other options. If they do not carry the treats currently, they may be able to bring them in for you!

A-MA-ZING!!!!!! My chih mix had bad breath for a while with no apparent reason. I work in a natural food pet store and once we received those, I said to myself Why not??? Well, night and day!!!! No more bad breath at all!!! So I was kinda skeptical but when I ran out, bad breath was back so….. Even started to give some to my lab and she just loves them too. I highly recommend them but keep in mind that each dog is different so what works for mine may not work for yours. But it’s worth the try, I’m telling you

I normally purchase these from Chewy or Amazon. The last few orders, the treats look old and dried out. My dog normally loves this treat after breakfast and he hasn’t wanted them.

My dogs are addicted to these amazing treats. A meal isn’t over until they’ve had one. They each get one after each meal so 2 per dog per day. I have pit mixes each about 55 lbs. They never have digestive issues or poop problems. I’ve recommended them to a few friends whose dogs are also now in love w them. Only problem is they are often out of stock at the store, on Chewy, and Amazon. Why? Oh no! Have I told too many people about these??
