Susie –
I was looking for soft and chewy joint-relief treats, which is what brought me to picking up these treats at the pet store for my boyfriend’s dog, Bentley. Bentley is an 11 year old, 90 pound pit bull who sleeps/lays in his bed nearly all day.
He LOVES these treats! He gobbles them up so fast and goes crazy begging for more! I also believe they soothe his joints because he has been so much more active lately and seemingly less bothered by his joints and hips!
The first time we gave them to him we gave him one in the early afternoon then one a few hours later. My boyfriend and I were amazed to see him so hyper and running all around looking so happy because we had never seem him act like that before! (Not saying it’s all because of the treats, but there is a correlation which suggests they are helping!) We wondered what could be in these treats to make him so hyper, so we read the labels on the package but it says they are all natural! It does recommend two a day for a dog his size so I would recommend following the label because your dog might become super hyper too! haha. They are small for a big dog and he/she will really want more so it’s hard not to give a lot.
Anyway, thank you Cloud Star! Couldn’t be happier!

Our feeding guidelines do take into consideration there could be glucosamine and chondroitin in their diet as well, so it is not a full daily supplement. We would recommend discussing the recommended daily amount with your veterinarian for your dog in particular, but otherwise follow our feeding guidelines of 1/2 treat.

Since these treats contain glucosamine and chondroitin, we do not recommend feeding them to puppies. We advise waiting until your pup is fully grown before giving them these treats.

Thanks for reaching out! You should always give the recommended feeding amount for a supplemental treat, and we recommend consulting in your vet if you gave too much to your pup.
